HOW IT WORKS

SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGNS

All the designs you see on our website are semi-custom designs. We have designed these with much care and variety and they can be adapted to suit your wedding colour scheme or theme. This means that for - most of - these designs, we can customise the colour of the background, text colour and make small amends to the positioning of the text or other elements.
How to order
Samples: You can purchase a sample of most items and packages of each collection by selecting 'sample' in the drop down menu next to the product image.
Order: After placing the order on our website, I will get in touch with you within one working day to ask for your wording and discuss any colour or font changes (please check your spam folder if you don't hear from me within 24 hours). I will then send you a pdf digital proof of the design (allow 48 hours from sending all the information to me). At this point you can let me know whether you would like me to make any amendments or if you are happy for me to print your order. Please allow at least 4 weeks for any amendments, proofs, printing and delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

BESPOKE DESIGNS

We love collaborating with our customers to bring their dream stationery to life, but unfortunately we are only able take on a very small number of bespoke projects every year. If you are thinking that you'd like a one-of-a-kind design for your wedding day, please get in touch as soon as possible for some quotes and to plan a realistic timescale to suit you. We offer various printing methods such as digital, hot foil, letterpress, guild edges and much more. Although we take great care in checking each invite before it is sent to you, please make sure to check them too before you send them to your guests.
Note: We will only print your order once we receive a full written approval via email from you. Once approved, no further changes can be made. Please check the spelling thoroughly as any mistakes found after your approval to print will result in additional costs. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a proofreading service.


WHEN TO ORDER

SAVE THE DATES

As an indication, you should aim at ordering your save the dates roughly 4 weeks before you’d like to send them.

Save the dates should be sent 10-12 months before your wedding.

For weddings abroad aim at sending them sooner, roughly 12-18 months before the wedding. 

 


INVITATIONS

Aim at ordering your invitations roughly 4-6 weeks before you’d like to send them.
Most of the time, we can accommodate quicker turnaround, but please check with us first.

As a rule of thumb, wedding invitation cards should be sent out no later than 5-8 months before the wedding day. 

If you are getting married abroad, you should aim as sending these out at least a couple of months sooner.

 


ON THE DAY STATIONERY

You should aim at ordering these approximately 4-6 weeks before your wedding day,
aiming at approving everything ready to be sent to print no later than 2-3 weeks before the wedding.
