How will my items be delivered?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have selected a tracked option, another email will follow within 1-2 business days with the tracking link. Please look out for this email and check your SPAM folder. Full delivery information can be found on our Delivery Information page.

I haven't collected my item from the delivery office in time and now it's been returned to you (sender), what can I do?
Please contact us at info@blushandgold.co.uk with your order number, name and address for delivery and we will look into resolving the situation for you. 

Can I customise or personalise my item?
Unfortunately, our journals are not customisable. There is a page inside the planner where you can write your name, but aside from this we are unable to add any customised foiling or information onto the products.

How will my item be packaged?
All Blush and Gold items come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, closed with sticker, a thank you card and a bespoke shipping mailer (which can be recycled after delivery). Other premium items such as Daily Planners and our My Baby Book range will also come with a keepsake presentation box. 

I've just realised I have given you the wrong address, what should I do?
If the item has not been dispatched yet, we can try and change the delivery address before it is shipped. If the item has already been despatched then please do contact us by emailing info@blushandgold.co.uk with your order number and the correct address to ship the item to and we will look into the options available. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order, especially for international orders.

My item has arrived damaged, what can I do?
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us by emailing info@blushandgold.co.uk with your order number, pictures of the damaged item and a picture of the shipping mailer (including the delivery label). 

I have received the wrong item. 
Please contact us by emailing info@blushandgold.co.uk with your order number, a picture of the barcode on the back of the shipping mailer and a picture of the incorrect item and we will get this resolved for you. 

My item arrived but I would like to return it (don't need it anymore, I changed my mind, didn't read the description properly, etc.)?
You can return items for a refund within a 30 day period (which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. To start a return, you can contact us at info@blushandgold.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include your order number in the email. We can only refund the item cost of a product - we are unable to refund any original delivery charges or any return costs. 

Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer exchanges, but you are welcome to a return an item for a refund (following the instructions above) and then separately purchase the item that you would like instead.  

How do I care for my Blush and Gold items?
A well loved journal will show some signs of love and use. Scratches and marks are normal and to be expected (foiled areas are especially susceptible). Please look after your journal by being careful not to put things on top of it (hot drinks, dirty hands and anything that can scratch the surface of the journal are a no-no) and by paying attention to how you store it. Please do not use marker pens, sharpies or gel pens as these will bleed through the pages. Please use the 'test' page included with your journal to practice writing in the journal to avoid any issues. 

Do you deliver to Europe or the EU?
Unfortunately due to Brexit and the associated customs charges for small businesses we are unable to sell to Europe or the EU through our website, but you can now purchase items to Europe or the EU via our Etsy store

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do deliver worldwide (apart from to the EU or Europe). The cost of shipping internationally will depend on the destination and the items that you have purchased.  Full delivery information can be found on our Delivery Information page.

Do you sell wholesale?
We do sell wholesale and have hundreds of stockists worldwide of our products, from small boutiques to large retailers. If you would like to become a stockist, please see our wholesale pages for further information.
