I like to release these calendars a few days earlier so you can download them, print them and start having a look at them before the beginning of the month. You can look at it like a challenge, but a kind one! Challenge yourself to slow down and do a little activity designed to make you feel batter about yourself or to positively connect with the people around you every day.
