Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have selected a tracked option, another email will follow within 1-2 business days with the tracking link. Please look out for this email and check your SPAM folder.

Here are some guidelines for the delivery of your item from dispatch:

Next working day delivery (if ordered by 11am, Monday – Thursday).

16-20 business days delivery time. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for orders to Canada and Australia due to customs checks.

Please be aware that delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered.

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Blush and Gold is not responsible for delays due to customs.

**Please note Next Working Day Delivery option is only available for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 11am. Next Day Delivery option is only available for UK Mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland and remote areas).

**Order must be placed before 11am UK time to be dispatched on the same day.

**Orders placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Fridays will be dispatched on Fridays and delivered on Mondays.

**Orders placed after 11am on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday mornings and will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
