I am having a very small wedding and need less than 30 invites in total. Are you able to print small runs?
Yes we can, but the printing cost is higher for smaller run, so the cost of each invitation will increase. Take a look at our priceless and if you have any questions, just get in touch!
A lot of your stationery designs include some gold or glitter details, is it real glitter or gold foil? All of our stationery is digitally printed by our trusted professional printers. As standard, any glitter or metallic texture on our stationery designs is digitally printed and does not consist of actual metallic foil (but it still looks realistic and elegant, order a sample if you don’t believe us!). We are happy to quote for adding metallic foil to your stationery if that’s the specific look you are after (but be advised, the price is likely to be at least 2 times our standard price), just get in touch for a revised quote.
Can I see a printed sample of my invitations before you send them to print?
Generally, all my samples are not customisable due to the fact that all my stationery is printed professionally by my trusted printers. If you do want to be 100% sure that you are happy with your design before printing the whole order, you can order some samples (the printing and delivery will roughly take 1 week and a half), but there would be a change of £30 per item.
I'd like my invitations to be personalised with the names of my guests. Is it possible and if so, does it cost more?
We can definitely add your guests' names to the invitations, but please let us know when you request a quote, as there will be an increase in price depending on the quantity of invites you are looking at purchasing. We will also be able to advise you on how to supply the list of all the names for personalisation.
When should I order my 'on the day' items (menus, table plans, place cards, etc.)?
The turnaround time for 'on the day items' is roughly 2 and a half weeks (which includes design, print and delivery), therefore I do advice ordering them at least 3 weeks before the wedding (just to be sure!). Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery of the items if ordered and/or approved less than 2 weeks before the wedding date (and I will not be able to issue a refund for orders not delivered on time in this case). So, make sure you allow plenty of time for your 'on the day' stationery :)
Do you just do wedding stationery?
Not at all! You can choose one of the invites from our Collections and turn it into an invite for anything you want! Birthday parties, confirmation parties, baby showers, Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events, you name it! You can also get in touch to discuss a bespoke design for the event you are organising.
I love one of the Collections you have on your site, but I'd like to order other items that are not on your priceless (stickers, maps, tags, etc.). Can I do that?

I like one of your Collections but the colour scheme doesn't match my wedding theme! Could you change the colours for me?
Generally yes, download our colour chart to see a list of popular wedding colours. Unfortunately not all colours suit all designs so get in touch to discuss your colour scheme and further options.
How long does it take for the stationery to be designed and printed (and delivered!)?
This depends on whether you decide to go for one of our Collections design or a bespoke one. For a Collections design, we advise you set aside a minimum of 3 weeks from the day or ordering. For bespoke designs, the time needed increases to a minimum of 2 months.
How many invitations should I order?
We advise that you order around 70% of your total guest list. You are sending one to each household, not one per guest. It is also wise to have a few spare in case you make a mistake while addressing them or you have some last minute guests you want to invite!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 30 invitations per order. If you need less than 30 invitations, please contact us as we may still be able to help you, however there may be an increase in our standard prices.
Could I see a mock up of what my invitation will look like before I commit?
Yes, please get in touch if you would like to see a preview of the invitation that matches your colour scheme or with your text on it. Unfortunately due to high demand, we are not able to offer a free mock up service prior to committing. Pre-deposit previews are now chargeable at £3 per mock up, which will be deducted from your order if you like your invitation decide to work with us.
How long will it take to receive my invitations?
Once the artwork for your stationery is approved by you and good to be sent to the printers, you should allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for printing and delivery.
How will my items be delivered?
Stationery will be delivered by courier, each delivery will be charged at £4.50. This means that if you want some items sent separately or at separate times, you will incur in higher delivery costs. Delivery for table plans is £8.15.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we do. Get in touch to receive a personalised delivery quote (it will depend on the country).
Could I order some samples?
Absolutely, email us to let us know which samples you would like. Invitation samples cost £2.20 each (samples for other items might be available, please check with us).
How long do I have before I pay the invoice you sent me?
All payments are due on receipt of the invoice. Work will only commence once 50% deposit has been transferred into our bank account; your stationery will be sent for delivery only when the other 50% of the payment has cleared.
